🚀 What is PowerMover?
Many companies have them: Citizen Developers who create solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse – and at some point ask themselves:
"Who actually owns what? And how do I get it handed over properly?"
That’s exactly what PowerMover is for: A Canvas App + Flow Toolkit that allows you to:
change the owner of Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Connection References and Environment Variables
transfer multiple components in one go ,
and now new: you can also share, revoke and analyze connection references .
🔧 Typical use cases
Mover, Leaver process: Marvin leaves the project, Marie takes over – everything transferred in 1 minute.
ALM preparation : A common DEV solution must be merged – all components are transferred to one user
Organizational handover : Projects move to other teams – ownership is cleared.

🔄 New in the update: Share connection references like a pro
Until now, it was hardly possible to share a connection reference with another person without leaving the UI or changing owners.
With the latest PowerMover update, you can do this directly with a click in the app :
💡 How PowerMover works in practice
PowerMover consists of:
a Canvas app for management and selection,
multiple Instant Flows that perform targeted actions: e.g. change owner , share , revoke access , display access .
All actions rely on standard Dataverse tables , such as:
canvasapp
workflow
connectionreference
principalobjectaccess
environment variable definition
➡️ No plugin. No custom code.
